Little shop at the Sanford Flea Market
Sadly, the only bracelets that fit me were the dark blue ones. The rest were made for little kids... Otherwise I would have purchased the entire box.
I'm a sucker for colorful, sparkly stuff especially if it's from a different culture.
PS: A big THANK YOU to everyone that joined in yesterdays link up!!!
Beautiful pics, bursting with color. My sympathies on the bracelets; most bangles are too small for my huge hands to fit through.
ReplyDeleteThose bangles are so pretty! Great photos.
ReplyDeleteI love things like this - things from different cultures have so much more meaning to me because it feels as though I am experiencing something refreshing and new. It's nice to open ourselves up to other cultures isn't it?
ReplyDeleteWhat a great looking stall, always love bright colours too! x
ReplyDeleteI bought a colorful ring from a lovely Laotian couple at a flea market in New York. They also had so many things from their country and I loved hearing them describe what they all meant. I love learning about different cultures too and family folklores handed down from generation to generation.
ReplyDeleteI love all the colors around the shop, especially the 3 colorful elephants!
ReplyDeletehi Wendy! I finally linked up!!! I did!!! I did!!! I'm #19 but better LATE than never, huh? I'm with you about jewelry from other cultures. I'll have to do a post on that topic, too. Great post her gal!
