Typical Floridian souvenir stand. While it looks warm and sunny, I advise taking a drive to the beach for your shells (where they're real and free).... But if you want coconuts made up to look like pirates then you're in the right place. :)
I've only been to Florida once and now I'm convinced if I go there I will just have to drive down there or bring an extra suitcase for souvenirs! I would go crazy buying things! =P
Our beaches do not have shells like those, so we have to go to the shell store for certain ones when we are making things. I was trying to make out some of the prices to see if they are much cheaper where you live. Some of ours get pricey, especially if you need quite a few for what you want to make. Cute post. Fun to see a Florida crop of seashells all lined up with pirate heads. Can't beat that! Liz
Hey Wendy, Pretty displays...except for the alligator heads and turtle shells. Are they real? If so, I wonder where they get them? I feel sad when I see the hermit crabs in painted shells in the store too. It's not easy being me. ;) Lots of things disturb me. Jo :)
Oh Wendy, I want them all! I´m a sucker for sea shells and star fish!!!! I love them!!!
